The ONLY 'SENSIBLE/LOGICAL' response would be to THUMB HER NOSE!!!

Of course, an  alternative would be to write an AUTHENTIC book about how life is to be lived  with dignity, grace and respect for diversity.  Imagine that -- the alternatives appear infinite now don't they?  Deepest of sighs. . . . .
