Congratulations to our
friend Olga Koteklo for smashing another world record! MastersTrack.com is
reporting that the Canadian superstar won the high jump at worlds in Budapest
this week at 0.78 meters (2-6 3/4), giving THE 95-YEAR-OLD KOTELKO (!) the
age-group world record and making her the oldest female high leaper in history.
(She’s also the record-holder in W85 and W90, MastersTrack.com reports)
Check out our
conversation with Olga when she was "only" 91. She explained why she
didn't even start competing until the age of 77 and she shared her advice for
living a long, healthy life. Rock on, Olga!
